So what is Generational Ministries
God does not work in age groups, but in generations ~ time periods of history in which He is moving toward His divine objectives.

Our mission is to see ourselves transferring the baton of faith to the next generation and fulfilling the purposes of God in our time.

Ministry is seen from this perspective, takes on a whole new spiritual dynamic.
Reaching this Generation Is Essential For The Local Church:

1. Because of the sweeping influence of youth culture!

2. Because they are the focal point of spiritual warfare and satanic attack!

3. Because of one generation’s impact on three generations – theirs, their parent’s and the children following them!

4. Because 85% of all new conversions to Christianity occur before age 25!

5. Because young people are a spiritual force of the church!

The church reaps the strength and energy of young men and women as they dedicate their lives to Christ during this time.

6. Because of a Church's desire to bridge the generations and launch the next generation into even greater things of God!

The Generational Ministries Mission and Purpose

The mission of the PABC Generational Ministries is to team with parents, families, students and leadership in order to Gather, Nurture, Equip and Release the generations to serve the purpose of God in our day.

We will purpose to be a ministry which strives to be:

1) fueled by Faith,
2) known by Love and
3) a voice of Hope to every generation.

The individual ministries that combine to form the GM team include Nursery (birth to 5), Children (grades 1-4), Route 56 (grades 5-6), Junior High (grades 7-8), High School (grades 9-12) and College/Career (ages 18-25). Each individually specialized ministry contains a ministry head and leadership team which provides weekly gathering events, pastoral care, spiritual growth opportunities, and mission/ministry outreach projects.
