How do I know if this qualifies for a maintenance request?
Lights, electrical, leaks, grounds, furniture or box moves, plumbing, painting, etc. The list is broad and big.
If it is janitorial (cleaning of rooms, bathrooms, etc), continue to contact Jerri Lowe directly for those requests

- Rather than calling, emailing, or texting, submit your maintenance requests here (unless an emergency).
- Be sure to fill out as much helpful & descriptive info as possible
- Indicate what level of priority you feel that this is; remember, not everything is an emergency.
- A copy of this, once entered and submitted by you, will be sent to the maint department with a courtesy copy back to you
- You can anticipate some sort of initial response within a couple of work days and completion normally within a week or so (depending on request)
- Should you have any problems with your maintenance requests being successfully resolved, contact the maintenance supervisor 1st and then your immediate supervisor if needed.
